DAY 1
We had a great time with our guests from Oregon and Western NY; Mark, Mike, Sue and Marie. Their first morning we took them to tour the Glenn H. Curtiss museum in Hammondsport. After the museum it was off to the west side of Keuka Lake for some wine tasting at Bully Hill, Heron Hill, & Dr. Frank’s. After some wine tasting it was time for lunch at Esperanza. For the afternoon we headed to the west side of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail for some tastings at Glenora, Fulkerson and Pompous Ass wineries. Overall a great tour and beautiful day in the Finger Lakes!

What to do on your second day in the Finger Lakes??? Why fishing of course!!!!!
We all headed out on Waneta Lake to chase some Musky. Had one rod “pop” very early on with no hookup. We got into our first fish mid-morning and Mark reeled in the 40″ beast, caught on a silver X-Rap. Later in our final turn of the day Mike had a chance but the fish broke free. It was the ending to a great couple of days.
