Seneca Lake-Trout

Catch of the Day!!

We started out early in the morning and we were greeted with a foggy Seneca Lake. The day turned into a beautiful one, once the fog burned off. It made for a great day out on the water.

Our charter was with Tom & Marie Salvia, of North Bergen, NJ. We fished the south west side of Seneca Lake. To start, we had two pike steal two spoons off the trolling rods: a brand new Michigan Stinger, and an old favorite, Silver Northern King Spoon.

We trolled for trout early and then casted for Pike & Bass the last hour. The catch of the day was this 7lb lake trout. Tom’s first laker!
