Charter Fishing in the Finger Lakes

Some description text for this item

Seneca Lake ~ Cayuga Lake ~ Keuka Lake ~ Waneta Lake ~ Lamoka Lake

The crystal clear waters of Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes are excellent for lake trout, rainbow trout and salmon. The warmer waters of Waneta and Lamoka Lakes, with their natural structural elements, make these lakes perfect for bass and musky!

Whether you choose to troll for trout or cast for bass your day on the water will be memorable. Try to hunt down the “fish of 10,000 casts” the musky and experience the thrill when you hook onto a 50” monster.

Captain Mark Moskal has fished the waters of the Finger Lakes for over 30 years. Come join him on your next fishing adventure and catch a memory that will last a lifetime! Fishing Licenses required on all charters, tours and classes. See our FAQ’s below for more answers to common questions or call 607-535-2701 for reservations or details.

CHARTER FISHING FAQs

Our charter boat can fit a maximum of four people plus the captain.

Yes, you can purchase one through the NY DEC website, or at a local retailer like WalMart.

We suggest that everyone bring along sunscreen and sunglasses (preferably polarized). At hat or at the very least a visor can be necessary.

Yes, you can bring your electronics along, especially your digital camera. However, keep in mind that the waters can sometimes be a rough and wet place. Water and electronics do not do well together. Summit to Stream Adventures cannot be responsible for the safety of your electronics.

No, we provide the very highest quality fishing gear and the freshest bait available.

We recommend that you wear layered clothing for both extremes. Many times we will leave a cold dock only to fish in hot humid weather.

We are primarily a catch and release operation. With that being said, if you inform us ahead of time that you would like to keep your fish, we can make arrangements for you to do so.

It is the captain’s choice concerning the weather. Please show up for your trip even if you are sure that your trip will be canceled. Often the weather is much different on the water than it is at the dock. If the captain determines it necessary to cancel your trip we can discuss when to reschedule your charter.

What Our Customers Say

“My kids and I had a great time on our fishing charter with Mark. He was very patient and fun with my kids (ages 9 and 11). We caught a lot of fish and the lake was beautiful.”

Jennifer Vakharia

“Booked a fishing charter with Captain Mark and it could not have been better. Mark was very experienced and easygoing. We fished on Cayuga Lake and caught 2 HUGE lake trout amongst other fishes. Mark definitely knows his stuff! We would do another charter with Summit to Stream Adventures in a heartbeat!”

Lauren Fourt

Mark is an expert when it comes to fishing tours. We went on Cayuga lake in early June. He had five lines in the water at different heights as we trolled, eventually catching lake trout and salmon. His awareness of the different lines, boat speed, direction, and importantly, in which places the self-respecting fish likely to be–was a joy to watch.
