Steelhead and Salmon Fishing – Lake Ontario Tribs

“Light tackle paired with big fish equals unparalleled thrills.” –Mark Moskal

Lake Ontario tributaries are famous for the fall runs of Steelhead, Chinook (King) and Coho salmon, along with monster Brown trout.

Starting in September the Kings and Coho’s begin their spawning run up stream and the Brown trout and Steelhead are soon to follow. These are explosive fish when hooked up on a fly or drift rod.

We offer outings from September through May on the following streams:

  • Salmon Creek-(Pultneyville)
  • Oak Orchard
  • Irondequoit Creek
